Emily Cerda is a Board-Certified Nutrition Specialist whose first child sent her back to grad school. After years of experience with severe food allergy, food sensitivity, and how food can greatly affect mood, she’s set up this podcast to discuss all-things food and mood from the perspective of a clinician, an educator, and *most importantly* a mother-turned-researcher.

Emily is a licensed nutritionist specializing in anxiety, attention, and immune health. She works with an array of children, adolescents, and adults to support their physical and mental health through nutrition & lifestyle change. When she is not busy in her virtual practice or working as a researcher and educator, she is likely hiking, doting on the furry family members, or engaged in homeschool adventures with her children.
