As a busy mother juggling the responsibilities of parenthood, business ownership and family health concerns, I understand the daily challenges that arise surrounding food. I am a passionate about helping women, children and adolescents optimize their health through nutrition and lifestyle change. My specific focus highlights the relationship between food and behavior, mood, and hidden imbalances that leave you feeling ragged, yet appearing “fine” to everyone you encounter.

I have a Masters of Science in Nutrition and Integrative Health from Maryland University of Integrative Health, am a Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS), and am a Licensed Dietitian-Nutritionist (LDN) in the state of Maryland. My approach to your health is collaborative, individualized and evidence-based. I want you to feel your best.

Personal Experience

My entry into this field came when my son was diagnosed with an array of environmental and food allergies. The culprits include common foods like peanuts, tree nuts, eggs, soy, wheat, peas, potatoes, strawberries, green beans, peaches, green peppers, carrots, apples and pears. As you can imagine, this diagnosis drastically changed our lives. The frustration, helplessness and steep learning curve that came with adapting to everyday life, while ensuring my son’s optimal nutrition, is what drives me to help families achieve their own health goals in manageable ways.
